Due to Covid precautions, we have canceled our Annual Chili and Cornbread feed with a Dessert Auction. Please bring a yummy dessert to auction off! This year’s Dessert Auction proceeds will be used to replenish the Hirrel Memorial Fund which was used to pay off the roof loan.
This coming Tuesday (6:30 at the church), the Men’s Bible study will begin a new study on the New Testament book Hebrews. Come join us for a time of prayer, Bible study, and encouragement…and maybe an occasional rabbit trail.
Because of the installation service this afternoon, there will be no youth group tonight. We plan to return to our normal schedule on the 18th at 6pm.
Here is a reminder about the events on Sunday: We are returning to public worship at our usual times. Sunday school is at 9:15 and worship begins at 10:30. The installation service is at 4pm. This morning during the Pacific Northwest Presbytery meeting, Shaun completed the final portion of his transfer exam into the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC). All went well and Shaun will be formally installed as our pastor on Sunday, October 11th. More information on that service will follow.
Due to a recent COVID exposure, we will be suspending our in-person worship service this Sunday and moving to an online-only service. We have recently learned that one person who has been confirmed to have COVID attended worship on September 20th.
